From AAO-HNS ENeTNews story; April 26, 2006 - The morning daily newspaper serving the nation’s capital carried a news story reporting on the death of an Academy member who advanced head and neck surgery within Naval medicine, treated Presidents Johnson, Nixon, and Ford, and after his military service, held positions of leadership in otolaryngology departments at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Washington Hospital Center, and Georgetown University Medical Center.
