BOG Rolls Out Grant Program
The Board of Governors (BOG), in conjunction with AAO-HNS staff, have developed a grant program to help support BOG state and local societies implement the strategic plan of the Academy. The key focus for 2009 will be to ensure that anyone can answer the question "What is an otolaryngologist?" There is $15,000 in funding available, with state and local societies permitted to apply for grants of up to $3,000. The deadline for applications has been extended to Monday, February 9, 2009.

2009 Legislative Priority Forms Now Due
The AAO-HNS is seeking input from each of the BOG-affiliated societies on their federal and state legislative priorities for 2009. Intake forms were due December 10. If you have not already submitted a form, please do so as soon as possible.
